Fruits of the Forest Jam

Fruits of the Forest Jam or “Confiture des Fruits des Bois” in French is comprised of 4 different fruits that are known to grow wild in forests. The recipe is derived from an old French recipe. Wild blackberries, organic blueberries, organic raspberries and organic strawberries are combined with honey and a touch of lemon juice, then all of them are boiled to perfection to create this gourmet jam.
