Red Currant Jam

Red Currant is more of a tart jam. It is sweetened with honey & it goes great with any kind of cheddar and some people use it in meat recipes. It would be great with a jam thumbprint cookie because it would offset the sweetness of the cookie. It is one of the more flavorful berries on its own that I've ever had.
